This is what I hear from my clients and I have spent years in the loop of these thoughts myself.

As a mother, teacher, business owner, a recovering people pleaser and perfectionist, I have spent most of my life trying to fit in and put others' needs before my own. My main focus was to be a 'good girl' so I cut off or hid all the parts of myself that didn't fit that mold.

There is nothing more empowering than celebrating your authentic self and tapping into your unique potential.

I'm here to walk with you as you rediscover and live your true nature.

I'm Amanda

A mum to 3 daughters, I'm an alchemist, entrepreneur, energy worker, plant enthusiast, essential oil addict and toxin-free fanatic. In HD speak I am a 1/3 Splenic Projector, Scorpio sun sign, emotionally undefined, completely open Identity and blessed with the RAX of Explanation.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity

But we direct all of our energy towards being the type of person that we think we have to be. Like there is only one way to do life 'right.'

Days are filled with doing all the
things we should do, keeping others happy and making sure that we fit in. Time is wasted with trying to act a certain way, endless to-do lists and ticking off the goals and achievements that we're told will make us successful, happy.....a good person.

Somewhere along the line we forget that we truly are magnificent. That there is magic within us. The road to your success and happiness is one that is totally unique to you!

The world doesn't need another follower,
it needs you to be unapologetically yourself.

All you have to do is be you.

Alchemy turns my life around

I felt a pull to something more in life. I had no idea what that was, but the niggling feeling wouldn't go away. Turns out I was deep in imposter syndrome, people pleasing, trying to live my life according to 'the rules' and all the while dealing with my body's high toxicity levels.

It took a health hurdle (hashimotos) to shake up my limiting beliefs, reassess my values, habits and begin to heal.

Swapping the toxic products at home for natural alternatives improved my health, energy, skin and brain fog.

Essential oils were the gateway to my healing which led me to making low-tox living and DIY products. That passion turned into a successful business selling handcrafted natural skincare and body products- My Essential Alchemy.

When I found plant medicine and a low-tox way of life I thought I had arrived, finished, like I had found my purpose and could now settle into my happily ever after...
