During the parenting by design session the focus will be on how to best support your child/ren in flourishing as their authentic self and improving your relationship with them.

Reiki assists in the restoration of balance on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Reiki sessions also include a chakra check and balance.
Crystals, pendulum, oracle cards and essential oils may be used during the session.
